Coconut Shell Charcoal Briquette – Javakakao Industria
Coconut Shell Charcoal Briquette – As a tropical country, Indonesia has a high potential for coconut production. The area of coconut plantations reaches 3,654,478 hectares with a total production of around 3,051,585 tons (DitJenbun, 2014), of which 99% are cultivated by smallholders. Apart from being used for domestic consumption, some of the coconut commodities are exported which will bring in foreign exchange so that this commodity can be used as a source of the national economy.
Given the potential of coconut production, we Javakakao Industria is a leading manufacturer and exporter of 100% coconut shell charcoal briquettes, from Indonesia. We control every step of the manufacturing and quality control process of our briquettes, from coconut shell selection, cleaning and carbonization all the way through to final briquetting, drying and packaging.
We supply coconut shell charcoal briquettes in bulk (up to 350 metric tons per month) and can ship to any destination worldwide. We can produce briquettes in any desired shape or size and tailor make packaging according to our customers exact design preferences. We insist on producing our own raw coconut shell charcoal for the majority of our briquette production and also working with a few select suppliers of high grade charcoal, to ensure that the fixed carbon content is high and ash content low.
Our briquettes are perfect for use in Shisha/hookah or for barbecue, providing very high heat, long burn time and minimal ash. Due to the high quality charcoal used, our briquettes produce no smoke, odors or sparks during burning.
coconut charcoal briquette is made of 100% coconut shell charcoal.
briquette is made of all natural materials: coconut shell charcoal and small portion of natural starch as binder. That’s it! Briquetting is a process where coconut shell charcoal powder is compressed under high pressure using mechanical presses method. Mixing with very small portion of starch under this pressure thus binding the material into a briquette. During the compression of the material, temperatures rise sufficiently to make the moisture in the coconut shell charcoal to evaporate. This will produce dry briquette so it will be easy to burn for a long time.
