Desiccated Coconut High Fat

It is produced from matured coconuts and the white coconut meat is granulated into the various desired cuts and is available as fine and Medium grade It is commonly used as a topping for curries or other Asian dishes, as an ingredient in cooked cereal or granola, and in baked goods.

 It is also used in biscuit, confectionery, bakery and ice cream industry. It contains no cholesterol or trans fats while being rich in a number of essential nutrients, including dietary fiber, manganese, copper and selenium.

We use only the best and fresh quality coconut meats which are selected carefully to produce highest quality desiccated coconut with good coconut taste and flavor and white in color.

Packing and Storage of Desiccated Coconut
Desiccated Coconuts are packed in multi-ply kraft paper bags with inner sealed polythene to keep away from the atmosphere’s moisture. Desiccated Coconuts are packed in 10 kg, 25 kg. Desiccated Coconuts shall be stored in cool and dry place. Avoid direct sunlight and strong odour.

Desiccated Coconut is de-shelled, parade, washed, blanched, grated, dried, sieved and hygienically packed meat of the fresh and mature fruit of Coconut. It is unsweetened Fine Grade; white in colour, free from yellow specks or other discolouration.
